4. Mold Flow Analysis

5. Inspection Tools

6. Mould Manufacturing Standards

1) Mould external gauge

● The nameplate shall print the mold number, the mold weight (KG), and the mold outline size (mm). The characters shall be printed in 1/8 inch type code, and the characters shall be clear and neatly arranged.

● The nameplate must be fixed on the foot of the mold near the back template and the reference Angle (15mm away from each side), fixed with four rivets, reliable and not easy to peel off.

3) Cooling

4) General pouring system (excluding hot runner)

5) Hot runner system
