Maintenance of plasticizing system

1) During the operation of the belt drive pair, the belt may be slightly stretched and appropriate tension is required; the end faces of the two pulleys shall be in the same plane; for the coupling drive, the coaxiality of the motor shaft and the gearbox shaft shall be ensured.

2) The gearbox needs to be changed regularly. No. 150 (or no. 220) medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil shall be selected. The new machine shall be used for 500 hours to change the oil, and then the oil shall be changed every 3000 hours. When the machine just stops working and the gearbox is still at a high temperature, change the oil. After the old oil is discharged, wash the sediment with a small amount of new oil, clean the filter of the lubricating oil pump, and then add new oil to 1 / 2 ~ 2 / 3 of the liquid level window.

3) The temperature of the barrel and die head is usually more than 150 degrees. All fastening screws must be coated with copper disulfide for easy disassembly.

4) The die head parts are precisely matched, and the disassembly and assembly need to be particularly careful and skillful, which can not be just done to prevent damage and deformation; the fastening screws need to be tightened evenly diagonally, and pay attention to the concentricity and perpendicularity; the multi-mode head needs to pay attention to the deviation of the die head center distance (< 0, 1).

5) The overflow of the storage piston of the die head of the storage cylinder needs to be cleaned regularly, generally about one week, and the overflow of the inner die core needs to be cleaned for 3-5 years, otherwise the storage stroke and the wall thickness control stroke will be affected.

6) Regular inspection: gearbox temperature, extrusion motor temperature, barrel root and cooling water jacket temperature, die head cooling plate temperature.

7) Safety reminder: the cylinder and die head are in high temperature and the heater terminal is electrified. Pay attention to safety during maintenance and do a good job of protection to prevent scalding and electric shock.


Production speed regulation of bottle blowing machine
