U Cable Guard Strap is one of the fixed parts for pole line hardware. The raw material is stainless steel/carbon steel/Q345/#45 or similar material. The surface treatment is cold-galvanized or zinc plating normally. Sometimes, customer will ask to add one reinforcing rib, sometimes two, which can be meet in our factory. If your demanding U Cable Guard Strap is used in door, the surface treatment can choose cold galvanizing, which has better appearance. If your demanding U Cable Guard Strap is used in outdoor, the surface treatment can choose hot dip galvanizing, which has better anti-corrsive function. Besides the galvanizing treatment, customer can choose other treatment for the metal strap like electrophoresis, black, red and white powder coating, painting or else. Emax supplies different types of strap —— S pipe strap, one hole strap, two hole strap. Sizes can be customized according to customer's demands. The strap can be used in pole line hardware field for fixing telegraph pole with wire, also can be used in pipe for a type if pipe clamp, or fire clamps or other field that customer woulds like to used in.
