Ultra Micro Pulverizer is composed of a main crushing machine, cyclone separator, pulse dust-collecting box, and centrifugal fan. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and is crushed by the interaction of the high-speed rotating movable cutter disc and the fixed tooth disc, the grinding fineness can be achieved by adjusting the rotating speed of the classifying impeller with the adjusting speed transmission. The faster the rotating speed of the classifying impeller, the finer the fineness of the discharge. The crushed material enters the cyclone chamber separation by the rotating centrifugal force and the induced draft fan. After the fan is closed, the material is discharged and the dust enters the pulse dust removal box. The machine is designed in accordance with GMP standards and is made of 304 stainless steel. There is no dust flying in the production process. The machine is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, feed, tobacco, calcium carbonate , fiber plants, dyes, coatings, pesticides and other low-hardness materials of fine grinding.
